With 19 years of diverse experience spanning Oil & Gas, Banking & Insurance, IT & Strategy Consulting, and Real Estate, Nitin has spent nearly 15 years in senior management within the Real Estate sector. His expertise lies in Project Strategy—encompassing Planning & Execution, Financial Planning & Analysis, Cash Flow Management, Cost Optimization, and Business Development.

Nitin has a profound understanding of Development Control Regulations, particularly in Slum Redevelopment, CESS/Non-CESS buildings, Society Redevelopment, and Industrial Land Development. His hands-on experience across the entire value chain has been instrumental in driving Spenta’s strategic initiatives. 

Nitin holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Nagpur University and a PGDM in Strategy & Marketing from Indian Institute of Management – Ahmedabad.
